VALENTINE’S Day is almost here — Lancers still have a few days to make that move and befriend that baddie. He’s my favorite Emo!” then it’s obviously time for a codename and some courage!

“It started in 2nd quarter. He smells REALLY good, and his haircuts are nice. Every time I see him, I say, ‘Oh that’s my man,’ I’m delusional.”

“I usually see him upstairs by the library in upper D hall. He caught my eye because he was tall, and he has light bright eyes — they’re green I swear I could see him from a mile away. I see him on A days I don’t see him on B days. He likes a lot of flannel. Some days he wears slides. His style is very simple, very casual.”

“I mostly see her in upper J because I think she’s in AVID. Her fashion caught my eye. I had a class with her, but we sat on opposite sides, and we never really talked. She’s a cheerleader, so I usually saw her there, too. Her smile also caught my eye. Although we sat on opposite corners, I could always see her smile. Her friends were very loud, but she wasn’t.”

“She’s high-key pretty. I usually see her during assemblies and in my 4th-period LIA. I see her after school, too. I tried to sit next to her on the bus. I’ve been liking her for a month and a half, I love her style. But she doesn’t know I exist.”
