Where to Take your Date

Where+to+Take+your+Date

VALENTINE’S Day is a chance to share love and appreciation with the people you love. Every Valentine’s Day, people get their partner flowers, chocolates, teddy bears, and more! But lately, people are expecting more and bigger things. I believe the key to someone’s heart is through their stomach. If you want to make your guy or gal feel special, take them out to a restaurant. Now, I know everyone has different tastes as well as budgets, so I’ve done my research and visited a few restaurants to guide you and your date to a perfect dinner.

My first restaurant recommendation is Applebee’s. This dining restaurant has been open since the ‘80s and has never disappointed. Their appetizers and meals are something to come in for. If you and your date enjoy American food with original sauces, this is the place.

Applebee’s is best known for their Original Riblets, burgers, and amazing salads. If you and your date were to each get a meal, a drink, and some dessert, it would cost around $30-$40. This is more of an affordable date, not too little and not too big. The inside of this restaurant is not a bad view, either. Especially if you come later in the day. Their dimmed lights and aesthetic will make it calm and romantic for you and your lover.

Another restaurant that makes a good option is Olive Garden. When you think about a fancy dinner out, Olive Garden is the perfect option. Olive Garden was opened in 1982 and has been serving incredible meals since. From the food, drinks, and breadsticks, this place is a perfect restaurant for a couple.

I have gone with my girlfriend, and it was worth it. Olive Garden is popularly known for its Italian dishes, unlimited salad, and breadsticks. If you and your date are craving some delicious Italian food, this is the place. My girlfriend and I both ordered some amazing pasta and some of their sweet lemonade. Another unique feature would be its fascinating setting. The setting for this restaurant is a calm casual dining; with its dimmed lights and beautiful paintings — it’s a nice place to be.

If you and your partner were to get good meals, drinks, and desserts, you would most likely expect to pay anywhere from $50-$70, but again, that depends on how much you order.

My last recommendation for a restaurant is The Cheesecake Factory. It all started with a woman named Evelyn Overton who was baking in her basement and selling her original cheesecakes. Now, 45 years later, this exquisite restaurant is one of the best-rated food, quality, and ambiance.

Now, if you’ve never heard of it, don’t let the name fool you! Whatever you and your date are craving, they have it. Their menus have a great number of choices. They have about six different, astounding flatbread pizzas, as well as 17 different styles of pasta! If your date is into seafood, they have various dishes of seafood including shrimp, tuna, and filets of salmon.

I love their famous Glamburgers. Having 12 variations of burgers with all different meats, ingredients, and special touches. Another reason to go here is the experience. The interior is just remarkable. It is large and furnished with beautiful chandeliers. The atmosphere is very classy and relaxed, which is perfect and romantic for your Valentine’s date. If the two of you were to get some appetizers, a meal, drinks, and some of their famous cheesecake, it would cost you around $80-$120. I can assure you that whether you are on a budget or you are looking to spend big, these are great options for Valentine’s Day.
