Pink Stanley Commotion

Pink+Stanley+Commotion

STUDENTS are increasing their hydration, but so are admins and counselors. Mr. Adams has a black Stanley, a gift from his wife. He decorated it with stickers of stuff that he loves. Adams finds that Stanley has increased his water intake. Stanleys are pricey, but ultimately worth it. It reminds Adams to drink more water since the water is always cold. Adams feels like having a straw on the Stanley Cup has helped him stay hydrated.

Since Stanley cups are a trend, there’s a chance of it dying out soon, but Adams believes people will always drink water in different ways. Adams recommends to all students to get a Stanley if they desire.

Mrs. Seewer is not a big fan of the Stanley Cup. She says that the only good thing about the Stanleys is that it keeps water cool. She bought the Stanley because of the trend and peer pressure. She also says that her Stanley is big and does not fit in her car’s cup holder, it’s too pricey, and it looks like a cheap fountain drink. Mrs. Seewer says that water intake can increase with reusable cups, but there are many cheaper alternatives.

Emma Boguslawski (12) loves her Stanley. She had a ‘VSCO girl’ phase, but she says her cup makes her feel like she is saving the planet from plastic. She loves the satisfaction of it. She is big on water bottles and has plenty of Hydro Flasks. Even if the trend dies, it won’t stop her. As a dancer, this has benefited her overall health. Easy access to her Stanley helps with preventing headaches and rib cage pain in dance. The Stanley does spill a lot and can be pricey, but the Stanley has benefited her life.

Jesus Trinidad (11) loves his white Stanley, which was a gift from the cheerleader group. Trinidad loves how the Stanley is so big that he doesn’t have to constantly refill it. It helps in the lazy moments when someone is dying of thirst. He doesn’t like the drinking fountains and says that the Stanley is worth it. He understands the desire to save the planet, but he did not think of using his Stanley for that particular reason. As a cheerleader, he experiences moments where he can’t get a water break, and having a filled water bottle on hand has made his cheerleading experience better. His water intake has increased. He is locked in with the Stanley Cup. It’s his first fancy water bottle ever, and he will not use the Stanley Cup.
